Hi All,
I just can’t believe I have had to go to this extent - creating a new blog! - so that you can all chat while we ‘fix’ Creative Quilting.. Really those spammers are a pain!
All that aside, Simon and I will have Creative Quilting up by the end of next week! But I am very aware of the withdrawal many of you are going through while you can’t chat and catch up.. So I have just thought of another way to give you a place to talk..
The chat box was spammed so I thought why not open a blog and let you chat in the comments part of the blog.. To stop the spammers you will need to register - this takes no time at all and means no nasty messages in the comments..
I’d love to hear how you are all getting on - I too miss the contact (I receive all the forum posts in my inbox ;-)) ..
Please leave a comment below.. In fact leave as many as you like
Just click on ‘comments’ and follow the instructions to register, login and leave lots of comments…
Warmly
Michelle
P.S. Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends..

I got my pass word changed.
Look me up on “quilts for sale”.ca
Have to start making some retirement income or use up stash.
Pat, I have your quilts bookmarked now.
Now lets hope I can sell some and keep quilting for fun. I can’t afford to always give them away but still want to make them. Will try to get more made and posted.
Hi Pat
Looked at your quilts…………… they are wonderful. Good luck with your sale of them. I have 5 quilt tops done and need to be quilted…. the part I don’t like….. do you hand quilt all of your quilts???? Think mine will be going to the quilt shop one at a time to be quilted or they will forever be in the unfinished pile. Did manage to get 2 of the wall hangings finished since I don’t spend that much time here….. BOL
PS Hubby is handling the KEMO quite well… Has has 2 more rounds to go.
Please keep him in your prayers…… We need all we can get….
Diane
We will keep you all in our prayers.
LOL Jean
I have the center of my sailboat quilt pieced.
Hi Everyone
Diane glad to here Hubby is doing well with the treatments. Sure will keep you in my thoughts & prayers.
Hey Kathy, your doing good. glad you were able to get the center of your sailboat pieced.
Pat, I’m going to look at your quilts next. Know they will be great. Hope you sell them soon.
Take care
Diane, hope all is going well, and continues until this ordeal is over. Hope your cousins (?) are doing ok too.
And yes I hand quilt everything. I have taken a machine quilting lesson twice but get too tense. Will have to practice more, but it is hard since I always make big quilts and they are hard to machine quilt. I find hand quilting relaxing and calming in my uproar of a life.
A queen size quilt only takes about a month to quilt, just finished one tonight I was quilting for someone else, Paducah money!!!
And I delivered last night 2 that I did the binding only on. More Paducah cash.
Might even be able to eat on the trip if this keeps up. And if I sell a quilt on that website I can buy fabric too!!! (like I need more)
jPat how is that grand daughter doing?
Pat how is that grand daughter doing?
She is adorable of course, and the other kids adore her, except the 18 month old, who thinks she should sit on her head and things like that. She thinks the baby is a doll.
I bought some really pretty fabric today to put toward a quilt for her. Hope to get to it maybe next week, when everything is caught up.
Hi Ladies,
